apetito are delighted to partner with Make UK to reignite our apprenticeship scheme in Engineering.
We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and forward thinking people who want to start their career in Engineering and join us on the journey of development over the next few years - and beyond!
We are introducing cutting-edge technology into our existing factory and have plans underway to build a new world class regenerative food manufacturing factory along the road to expand our business.
Therefore, we need to expand our workforce to match so we are investing in growing talent and skills within the Engineering team through this apprenticeship. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic people who would like to join us in this new chapter.
The engineering team has 25 people, with many years of experience between them, so the apprentices will benefit greatly from their training, support and mentorship. The apprentices will be supported to learn a broad range of Engineering skills which will equip them to be fully-fledged members of the team and support our manufacturing operation. They will also learn transferable skills such as organisation, time management and collaboration skills.
The apprenticeship will start on 17th September 2025 and we anticipate the Level 3 Mechatronics Technician qualification will take 4 years to complete.
